Getting married!

Tim and I are getting married in less than 40 days now, and I'm getting so exctied! It's thrilling for me to know that I get to spend the rest of my life with such a wonderful man! It's kind of wierd, though. When we got engaged, it was more of a dream, or idea when we said "I'm getting married!" Now it is more of a reality, a date that is set and rapidly approaching.

Instead of being pull-my-hair-out stressed about all the things that have to come together to make the day perfect, it's more of a happy-stress kind of feeling. We have a list of things to do, and every day I feel like its getting longer instead of shorter, but what I need to focus on is that the little details aren't what matter. Sure, they will be wonderful, but the most wonderful thing of all, the thing that will make the day perfect for me is the actual fact that I will be married, we belong to each other. And I'm not excited so much about the ceremony and reception (but don't get me wrong, they will be great). But on October 7th, 2006 we will begin the next part of our lives, together.
